01 · What we collect
Only what the first request needs.
The initial form collects your first name, email address, selected keepsake type, the story or memory you provide, and optional location and time details. It does not require family photographs, a phone number, an address, or payment information.
02 · How it is used
For your private customization conversation.
We use the information you send to review the memory, understand the kind of keepsake you are considering, reply to you, and discuss a possible next step. An inquiry is not an order and does not begin artwork or production.
Your email is used to respond to this inquiry, not for marketing.
03 · Photos come later
No family photographs are uploaded in the first request.
The current form is text-first. After we review your request, we will email you if photographs would help us understand the memory. We usually start with only a few, and we will explain what we need and why before you share them.
The current production site does not claim that a browser file selection was uploaded or saved.
04 · Private by default
Sharing requires separate permission.
A private inquiry does not grant permission to use your story, photographs, names, artwork, or finished keepsake in a portfolio, social post, advertisement, or other public material. We will ask separately before any public use.
05 · Your responsibility
Share only information you can provide.
The form asks you to confirm that the information you are sharing is yours to provide. If photographs are requested later, only share photographs you own, are authorized to use, or otherwise have the right to share for a private customization conversation.
Pinterest analytics
Pinterest analytics
We use the Pinterest Tag to understand visits to our website and measure the effectiveness of our Pinterest marketing. Pinterest may receive information about page visits and related browser or device information and may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement. You can learn more about how Pinterest handles information in Pinterest's privacy resources. This implementation is limited to page-visit measurement; it does not send inquiry form fields or Lead or Checkout events to Pinterest.
Google Analytics
Aggregated website measurement
We use Google Analytics to measure aggregated website visits, page views, and general website performance. It may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement. We do not send your name, email address, story, photographs, project details, or payment details to Google Analytics.
06 · Questions or deletion
Ask before you share more.
If you have a question about an inquiry or want to ask about deleting details you submitted, reply through the contact channel used for your request. We may need to confirm your identity before taking action.
